We reject industrial processes that dilute flavor with water. To fill a single 720ml jar, we select and press approximately 1,300 grams of fresh, ripe tomatoes. Grown on well-drained soils, our tomatoes naturally concentrate their sugars and rich pulp, eliminating excess liquid.
