Product compliance problems and right of withdrawal

What to do in case of non-compliant fruit and vegetables?

In the event that the non-compliant fruit and vegetables have been received, you must send us an email to info@tenutamorano.com with the photos of what was reported within and not later than 24 hours from the arrival of the goods. Once these terms have been exceeded, we cannot take responsibility for the condition of the product as the quality could be compromised by incorrect storage or natural maturation.
